Arggghhh....New Phase (Again)

So after losing 12kgs on the Tony Ferguson program but failing to budge any more weight in the last 9 months I've joined Weight Watchers. Just could not have another shake. Hopefully this will have some effect - I don't think I was eating enough on Tony Ferguson and that's why the weightloss halted.....so watch this space. Hopefully I don't put ON any weight. Fingers crossed XO
